Educational: Must completed bachelor level in BBA, BBS or any management field.

Job Responsibilities:

The Employee must follow job:

1. Interact with customers and assist them in locating the best product or service that meets their needs
2. Promote products and explain their specific features and benefits.
3. Promote exclusive offers and respond to inquiries from customers
4. Manage inventory and put commodities on the shelves.
5. Execute business activities and collect payments from clients.
6. Perform office support tasks such as preparing reports, tele-marketing, emailing, marketing.
7. Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
8. Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
9. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
10. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
11. Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
12. Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
13. Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
14. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

Required Qualification & Skills

• Must completed Bachelor level in related or management field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management in EV sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience or more
• Driving license and at least must have own vehicle two-wheelers.
• Excellent in interpersonal, time management, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
